New ITH Tour?

New ITH Tour?

So the AT&T Performing Arts Center announced their new season and it includes In The Heights. I know the equity tour closed last week so i'm wondering if this is a new non-eq and if there other dates in other cities? The run is two weeks and non-eqs are normally one nighters or one week runs so maybe its a second national equity? So many questions! And who the hell is this Graffiti Pete?!

The Color Purple Non-Eq tour is doing from one night to two weeks. There's really no way to gauge. It is probably Non-Equity.

The tour will stop on Tucson, AZ for six nights (April 24-29, 2012).

New ITH Tour?

I had heard a while ago that the tour would go non-equity. Also, that looks like Michael Balderrama, one of the original cast members.

^It looks like the guy in the pic is skinnier and shorter than Michael - but i can't really tell.

Kinda interested (and scared) to see how scaled-down this new non-Equity tour is going to be. The 1st National Tour's set was a carbon-copy full-scale recreation of the Broadway set so having it scaled-down will be a complete bummer. New ITH Tour?

I don't think the non-equity tour will or would be very scaled back at all. They might (and probably will) use the set from the equity tour.

That's Worklight did with Avenue Q so I Imagine it would be the same here. It's not really anymore complex.
