Most likely after Ariel swims to the surface because on the demo they have this arrangement after Ariel swims to the surface..plus there are a lot of songs after Pour Unfortunate Souls

The pictured outdoor production of WEST SIDE STORY - directed by The Little Mermaid's Francesca Zambello - was produced in Bregenz, Austria in 2003. The summer festival's floating stage is usually reserved for opera, but as it is Bernstein they decided that this one particular musical might do. The stage was impressive as always at this venue, but they had a glass-like floor which made dancing quite difficult whenever it got wet from the rain.

It basically adds Triton's backstory, and tells us that Ursula is his sister.

But wait, how can purple?/white Serie be black Norm's sister???????????
