New KINKY BOOTS West End Live Recording

Has anyone had a chance to listen to the new West End Recording of KINKY BOOTS? I've always hoped this score would be recorded live and, in my opinion, this score doesn't disappoint. It really captures the energy that the OBCR was sadly lacking. With that said, as a whole, I do enjoy the Broadway cast more than the London one, so it's a trade-off between the two without one being vastly superior over the other for me. Hearing the live orchestrations, however, is a thrill.

I did not like it. I appreciate the extra dance music and dialogue but the sound quality is severely lacking compared to other recent live cast albums. You can actually hear people in the audience coughing during quieter moments in the score and the three leads just can not be compared to Stark Sands, Billy Porter and Annaleigh Ashford. Usually I'll favor the more complete recording if there is one but even with all the autotuning and cuts I still prefer the original Broadway cast album for the three leads.
