Many of the children in the cast of Matilda performed for their last time tonight

Does anybody know who the new replacements are?

Yes, Frenie, Jack, Judah, Erica, and Emma left. Jared is also leaving sometime this month.
Mitchell Sink and Alexa Niziak are joining the cast this week. I am not sure who else is replacing the kids who left (leaving).

Emma Howard (Hortensia) is replaced by Ava DeMary (formerly Alice)
Ava DeMary (Alice) is replaced by Alexa Niziak
Jack Broderick (Bruce) is replaced by Mitchell Sink
Frenie Acoba (Lavender) is replaced by Grace Capeless
Erica Simone Barnett (Swing for Lavender and Amanda) is replaced by Sofia Rubino
Judah Bellamy (Tommy) is replaced by Chris Sumpter
Jared Parker (Nigel) is replaced by Jonah Halperin

My question is, "Can any of them be understood?" It was rumored that with the child cast changes they might work on the clarity issue that plagues this show.

Analise is stil listed as a swing on the website so I'm gonna say yes.

That's pretty funny because on my way to If/Then this afternoon, I walked by Matilda and looked at the cast board as I usually do. They had the performers still listed for last night.

There was one odd posting. After the regular listing at top, it read that Analise played "Alice" I think. But then at the bottom, where they list the "at this performance.." it said that last night, Sergei was portrayed by Analise Scarpasi...LOLOL

I was thinking..hmmm..they must have been really hard up for guy cast members last night if the head of the Russian Mafia was being portrayed by a 12 year old girl. Was that a mistake or a joke or what??

Analise is definitely still a swing and should definitely NOT be playing Sergei! Hahaha

The new kids are all wonderful, and SO unbelievably talented. Grace Capeless is an exceptional Lavender. Annalise was on as Hortensia the other night for Ava, so Ava is still in the show.
