New Rent Trailer--what's that big room???

In the new trailer, close to the beginning, you see Maureen, Joanne, Mark, Roger, Collins, and Angel walk into this really big empty room (dressed for New Year)...what part is this supposed to be and where are they?

that you find odd? not the fact that they're all on stage singing "Seasons of Love"???

I'm talking about the NEW trailer...and it wasn't that I found it odd, just that I was curious as to where they were supposed to be.

I THINK, though im not sure, and it doesnt seem too logical, that the big room is their apartment after it had been cleaned out from being evicted. But thats just my initial reaction

Yeah, I would assume that it's the apartment that they break into. And then if you wait about a minute the power will come on and Benny will enter.
