After the renaming of the Foxwoods to the Lyric Theatre. I was thinking what goes on at the New Victory Theatre? I know a lot of children's theatre plays there, but why doesn't it get rented out for Broadway shows? Is it under 500 seats, or was there some agreement made during the "New 42nd Street" development?

Amazing that with two balconies that it only has 499 seats. That explains why it felt so intimate. I'm so glad it didn't get torn down!
