I wish the production were as good as this commercial. Makes the show look amazing! I'm sure it will sell a nice amount of tickets. It makes me want to go back even though I know I'll have the same gripes I've had before.

I call this False advertising,
even Anita's hair looks better
than in the show.
And there are definite rip-offs
from the Movie.
But, it's a very good 31 seconds
of TV.

How is it false advertising just because it looks more appealing on a TV screen? That's not false advertising, it's smart advertising IMO.

I wonder if the commercial had a director beyond the advertising agency... maybe Arthur was involved?

But if Arthur directed it I'm sure the voiceover man would speak en espanol...

Arthur has been involved with every theatre related occurrence in the known universe, so he had to have been heavily involved in this commercial.
