GREAT show. Anyone see it yet? If ya dont know, its above Studio 54... where the bar is (Cant beat that). Tickets were like $30 at TKTS, and it was general admission (and a relatively small space) so you can sit front row if you want, or in the back on comfy chairs and stuff. It was a BLAST. Similar to Forbidden Braodway.... but more like Forbidden "Daily Show". Anyways... loved it. Songs about Michael Jackson (with an appearance by Peter Pan), "Martha Stewart the Musical", botox, Queer Eye etc. Im going to go back soon an see what they add.

Anyone buy the CD? i was tempted, but broke. haha

Yeah, they have CD's at the theatre they said... Which one was she? the older one or the younger one? they were both GREAT... the Younger one has the BEST comic timing ive seen lately. Love people who are that versatile (ummm, could that sound worse?). When did you see it? im sure they had made changes between our shows...

I LOVE NEWSICAL!!
I saw it twice. I like act 1 better then act 2.

They don't have a "student rush" but they do have cheaper seating off to the side near the bar for $20. On comfy couches!!! But I know they are at TKTS a lot for $30.

Definitely go see it. Few months ago I was approached to invest in this show and I'm glad I did. With the script being updated weekly based on the news the show should have a long shelf life. Also, they have $25 tickets everyday if you belong to TDF Online

I just saw the show again last Sat, and they put in another new song called "Who do you have to F*&$ to get a flu shot" Its hard to believe that one man writes everything and constantly updates it too.

I'm thrilled that NEWSICAL is having the success that it is.

Rick Crom is one of the hardest working men in the business, and also one of the most devilishly talented. I couldn't be happier to see his show achieving success. He is certainly deserving of it, and it's been long overdue.
