I wonder what they'll do the day of the flea market, which uses all of Shubert Alley and 45th Street. The flea market starts well before noon, when the box office opens. I wonder what they'll do with the people wanting to rush.

How is the rush line on weekends? I'm thinking it might of gotten calmer because school started.
My friends and I want to see the show on October 18th and would LOVE to rush and get Front row. How early do u guys think we need to get there. It's a Sunday so the BO doesn't open till 12. If we got their by 8 would we be ok? or 7?
I mean we could get them thru TDF but really want front row
Thanks

Adam - the flea market actually technically only uses 44th st and Shubert Alley so people should be okay if they rush on the 45th st side.

Why would school starting affect weekends to the point of getting there later? If anything, it would probably be earlier since people's ability to rush during the week would be possibly harder because of school or jobs. I haven't tried a weekend in a while, but I would be really surprised if you were able to get front row getting there as late as 7am.
Does anyone know what Mondays have been like lately?
I have college classes that will prevent me from getting to the theater by 10 o'clock, but since it's a Monday, might it be worth taking the trip into NJ in the early afternoon in the reasonable hopes that there might be one rush ticket?
I think it's reasonable to say at this point that only one show in and I'm addicted. Less than a week since I've first seen it and I feel like I'm overdue to see it again.
I suppose if it doesn't work out I could always check out "Toxic Avenger."

From what I understand the rush tickets are always gone by 10.
I just realized I won't be able to come in on a Monday to see the show anyway. In a few Tuesdays I'll be able to come in to do the rush - that is, if I'm financially and energetically equipped to sprint in from NJ, buy the ticket, sprint back to NJ in a mad rush, go to classes, and then come back into the city, see the show, and go back into Jersey.
It will probably be worth it though. At least once. :)

Sorry to beat a dead horse, but a friend and I were planning on coming up to NY to do the rush tomorrow morning. But, we wouldn't get there till close to 9am. Do you think our chances would still be good to get tickets?

Ebony - I'd be very surprised if there are tickets left at 9am.
heather4 - What are you asking here? Front row center has 10 seats. Each side has 2 seats. Each rusher is entitled to 2 seats.

Does anyone know how Sunday rushes have been lately? I'm planning on seeing a matinee next month and wanted to know what time I should get to the box office (is 8am too late?)
Thanks!
This past Sunday, some people got there around 2 am.

Anyone rushed on a Friday recently? I haven't rushed since before the summer, but I'm gonna try this week. I'm willing to get there early if I have to but my idea of early is 6am, not 2am.
what about rush during the weekday? How has that been?

I walked by around 7:30 last Tuesday morning and there were only two guys in the rush line, and they seemed like they were together which means they may have only been getting two tickets. I had a friend rush this morning and get there around 7, she was second in line and said nobody else showed up until 8:30 or so. As of 9:45 there were only ten people in line.
