How early should I get there on a Wednesday and do Matthew and Kelli sign after matinees? Thanks.

A friend of mine said they signed after last weeks matinee. But don't expect Broderick to smile or appear even remotely happy to be doing it. He really has turned into one of the rudest most unlikable actors around.

I went Tuesday night, mostly everyone came out. Jennifer Laura Thompson came out last. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the comment above. Matthew seemed miserable, no smile or anything happy like that. But he did sign and take pictures which was great. Matthew and Kelli come out about 10 after.

He has every reason to be unhappy -- he just about ruined Nice Work and people have been commenting on it profusely. it's a shame, because otherwise, it's a really fun show.

I totally disagree about Broderick being rude at stage door. There's a big difference between not being overly gregarious to fans and being rude. From what I've seen, he accomodates all requests for autographs and photos. I've seen several photos by people on Twitter with him smiling in photos with fans. I'm also pretty sure he could do without having to sign Ferris posters and Lion King figurines.

I agree with mc1227. I can see how Matthew being kind of boring can be disappointing, but I think actions speak louder than words in this case. Lots of stars don't pose for pictures and sign anything the fans ask. hell, lots of stars don't even come out at all. Doesn't it say more about his character that he would be so generous with his time than that he doesn't say much while doing it?

It has nothing to do with that. A girl next to me said "I know everyone says this to you but I want to thank you for Ferris Bueller". Under his breath he said "Jesus" and walked away, not even signing her playbill.

I realize you may hate it when people bring that up but hey, Matthew! It's why you are where you are for the most part so get the hell over it, say thank you very much, sign the damn autograph and go home to your multimillion dollar home and sleep with your movie star wife.

"Jesus", indeed.

Yeah I have to admit that is pretty rude. So in this case, yes I agree with you. But I have heard lots of people talk about how "rude" actors are because they don't say much, right after they sign a million playbills and pose for a picture with everyone who asks.

@Jordan: You're kidding? That's terribly rude of him. I would understand if he didn't want to sign a Ferris DVD or something like that, but to just shove off a fan who was merely thanking him for his performance in the film that pretty much launched his career? I'm not sure if I'm all that crazy about meeting him now.

I checked rush yesterday (Friday, May 4th) around 2 for the 8 oclock show. The woman said there were a 'few' left, and theyre located in the rear mezz, full view.

I'll take the wind and soar.

That does seem rude, but the fan's comment was silly. His performance in Ferris Bueller's Day Off wasn't a revelation. Why thank him for it?

theminutepast - While the fan's comment may have been "silly" would it have been so hard for him to say "Thank you and glad you enjoyed it".

I am seeing the show tomorrow night....Super Excited, but was wondering how the stage door is for Matthew and Kelli? I was going to buy the poster but only if I could get it signed.

Rush info: This Friday (5/25), they had "plenty" of student rush tickets available at 3 pm, when we bought ours.

Do you think with the crowded Flea Market on the street, will this student rush be different?? Thinking of doing this on the 23rd
