Or Kathleen Turner. Although I can't see her ever sharing a stage with Nicolas Cage. Lol
oo, I like the idea of Marcia Gay Harden, too.
She'd be incredible, right?!
After what he's done to his film career, where else is he going to go?
He's far too old to play this part. No doubt producers will look past his age as I'm sure he could fill houses. Too bad. I cringe a little when they stunt cast but it's all in the name of money.
Perhaps Charlie Sheen could replace Mr. Cage when he leaves to do his next movie.
1. Sheen is the head cuckoo
2. If this keeps Cage away from making god awful movies, I
applaud the move.
Words cannot express how much I detest this man. He was truly snubbed for the Razzie nomination for worst actor of the decade last year.

I could totally see Marin Mazzie doing it. Just saying
My choice for Ratched would be the always remarkable Allison Janney.
Or Kathleen Turner. Although I can't see her ever sharing a stage with Nicolas Cage. Lol
Jordan, you do realize they starred opposite each other in the movie "Peggy Sue Got Married?" She was Oscar-nominated for it.
A neighbour of mine is a serious film junkie, and I mean serious. Over 2000 DVDs and BluRays and a 50" 3D television (which he got for a steal because it was a floor model). There are two actors whose works will never grace his collection: Keanu Reeves and Nicholas Cage. So imagine my surprise when a Cage movie shows up on his coffee table. "You wanna explain that one?" Randy just shrugged, "It's in 3D."
Moral of the story? People will go with even now second rate actors if you give them sufficient rationalization to do so.
