Hello. I found this tidbit of news on Nick's website:
Two weeks after A Chorus Line closes on August 17th, I will begin rehearsals for the Broadway Revival of Brigadoon. I am very excited and grateful to be a part of another glorious piece of musical theatre.

Great news! He probably replaced Spencer Liff as Dance Captain! I am very happy for Nick. Can't wait to see him in Boston this Fall. I will report on the 1st weekend preview!

Charlie is a heavy duty singing role. Lots of high G's and beyond. Does Nick have a good enough voice to even cover it?
And I wonder who's playing the part.

So looking forward to this, other than Cirque Du. It will be my next Broadway Show. And I know Cirque isn't a Broadway show. But you take what comes your way.

Judging from those videos, Nick's got a solid enough voice, but he's throwing all of the high stuff into his falsetto.
Hopefully the guy who actually plays the part will have that wonderful Irish Tenor sound that can stop a show cold. THAT's what Charlie should have.

Posted: 7/29/08 at 11:10amThey are making a LOT of changes to the score for this revival. I don't know about Charlie's music, but Fiona's has been lowered SIGNIFICANTLY. Don't go into this show expecting classic Brigadoon. It's going to be very different.

Posted: 7/29/08 at 12:51pmIt would be ridiculous to lower Charlie's songs. His spectacular high notes in "Go home with Bonnie Jean" MAKE that song. It is a demanding part- you need a high tenor who can dance.

Since when does Charlie have to be a dancer? When we did Charlie didn't really dance at all.
Megan Sikora would be wonderful as Meg but i kinda of think she is probably (can't remember her name) the one who lusts after Harry and does the dance at his funeral
