Because it was good for the scene.
Umm..hmm...he said something while he was dying. I think it was the cliched, "If I can't have you, my life's not worth living" kinda thing and he was feeling betrayed by Ava screwing his best friend.
When does season 3 start? I know Julian McMahon's in Vancouver right now filming Fantastic Four and that's going on for a while. Don't tell me I'll have to wait till next year!!
