Cadriel, or anyone who has seen the NY run of Wicked... In SF Fiyero's opening song was called "Which Way's the Party?" Did they cut that song and put "Dancing Through Life" in it's place?
And while I'm on the subject, I've absolutely loved Norbert since I first heard The Last 5 Years. Even on the recordning I could tell in his voice and expression that he was not only a great singer, but a fine actor as well. While I feel Fiyero as a character is very much underdeveloped in Wicked, I thoroughly enjoyed his portrayl and would go out of my way to see him perform anytime!

I saw Wicked. Where's the fine actor part?
Yes it was, Songsstress. SF people complained that "Which Way's the Party" was poorly written, but I have to say what I have heard from "Dancing Through Life", it isn't that much less cheesier...

A-W-F-U-L. Awful song, awful performance.
What a yucky name..Norbert Butz...uck
in my opinion, i thought he was a better roger than Pascal... I liked him a lot in Cabaret... didnt see TSN thankfully but, in WICKED...he DOES the best he can with the little he has to work with. His song reminded me a lot of 76 trumbones when he jumps on the fountain or whatever and all the townspeople flock around... but, he does have tons of talent and hey..it's a job. Norbert Butz is a lot better than my HS teacher whos name was Herbert Butz (wonder if they were related)
that's quite an unfortunate name...
