Emilie Kouatchou posted a photo to her instagram story of her with Norm Lewis in his full Phantom costume, and they appear to be rehearsing. Is Norm returning to the show?

Not in full costume, not rehearsing. He's clearly visiting backstage in his own clothes, and he put on the cape, mask, and hat for the pic.
