Emilie Kouatchou posted a photo to her instagram story of her with Norm Lewis in his full Phantom costume, and they appear to be rehearsing. Is Norm returning to the show?

I believe Kyle Selig will be returning. The current Elder Cunningham standby posted a photo of the two of them rehearsing together.
