Is anyone else having a problem receiving Broadway Direct lottery emails? I entered several lotteries today, but I didn’t receive any confirmation of my entry, nor did I receive emails saying I won or lost. I checked using the “check results” button directly on the site, and I found out I’d win a lottery for tomorrow - I paid for the tickets, but I’m concerned I may not receive the tickets due to the email problem. Is anyone else having a similar issue?
My email account is a gmail account, and the Broadway Direct emails aren’t in my promotions, social, spam, or trash. Emails from other email addresses are coming in fine. This problem has been ongoing for about a week; prior to a week ago, I was entering lotteries almost every day and the emails were coming through fine. Any ideas for how to troubleshoot?

I was getting an error message earlier today when attempting to enter but then a few hours later tired again and it went through like normal. Give it another try now.
