Not the end for 42nd Street?

The Chicester production may not be coming into town, but apparently will surface again from the director at his normal grounds at The Leicester Curve for next summer season ahead of hopefully bringing it into town.

All hopes... but who knows.

Personally I'd just love to see the show done on a massive scale once again, but sadly, will that ever happen?

Just hope they do something about the set.
It was a real let down for a first class show.

It needs to be big and pure musical theatre

I agree.
It will never be staged the way it was at Drury Lane for the original production.
I hope this doesn't come in and waste a year at a Theatre in London.
The recent Broadway revival was just totally cold.

I thought so too Mama on the Broadway revival.

I suspect we'll never see 42nd Street like it was at the Lane ever again. Such a shame
