Favorite Cheyenne performance?

Cheyenne will get attention but I don't think he will become a breakout star.
I think we might have to wait a year or two to see another "Idina-like" craze.

David walked into the valley
With a stone clutched in his hand
He was only a boy
But he knew someone must take a stand
There will always be a valley
Always mountains one must scale
There will always be perilous waters
Which someone must sail

WOOHOO! Cheyenne! I only saw him in Aida, so that one! Excellent. I loved his performance despite adam's absence. THAT is saying something :).

YAY CHEYENNE!!
I've never seen him do a true Broadway performance, but I saw him sing What Do I Need With Love a while ago.
Knew he'd go far!

Oh oh showstoppers at Lincoln center. Fun times. I remember back when we were auditioning for All Shook Up. I asked Mr. Jackson what role he would love to play and would you believe it he said anything as long as it was along side his favorite camel. (me of course, at least I think he meant me he better have not meant that camel that was in the Aladdin Movie)

"Oh oh showstoppers at Lincoln center."
Was that the show when he got completely naked
onstage?

you never know. Elvis is pretty popular. Could draw in big crowds. He sure deserves it.

NO more Wicked not in this post at least. Can we please discuss something other than that show. Granted don't get the Camel wrong I enjoyed it but Lord People!
And yes Mr. Jackson was naked at showstoppers they did the full monty. It was highly enjoyable even for a Camel ;o) NativeNewYorker did you get to that show...I would imagine you would have had to have been there.

I looked at the title of the thread, looked at who started it and knew what your suggestion would be, NNY.

NativeNewyorker yes I have my equity card so sometimes I can get special seatings at events. I actually got to see showstoppers from backstage, because of my celebrity status I did not want to take away from the performers on stage.
Dear Dear BSoBW2 not to knock down Ms. Thompson I have a special place in my heart for Urinetown. I just wanted to point out how this is a Wicked free thread. Now lets get back to the Topic of Mr. Jackson.

And, of course...Altar Boyz! It won't be the same without Mr. Jackson.

Oh Altar Boyz was Fabulous...I only wish I was the one that got to go onto that stage. It has been my life long dream to have someone who I admire sing to me, especially someone who is hot. Not many Camels can carry a tune, so I must turn to wonderful broadway men for this dream to come true. sigh how I love Altar Boyz.

Hopefully, Barrett Foa will have a breakout after he takes over the lead in Q.

I agree, he was fantastic in Aida...completely different from Adam and made that role his own! I am a huge Adam fan, but Cheyenne goes down as my favorite Radames!

You would think there would have been a Camel in that show..Egypt and all!? I swear Elton has a thing against Camels.
Unfortunatly I never had the pleasure to see Mr. Jackson go on, but I would have really loved to. I bet he was fabulous

He was...he did this thing in the final museum scene, when Radames and Aida are noticing each other...Cheyenne glanced at the audience and raised an eyebrow. The audience got quite a chuckle out of it...I saw WIll Chase and Adam Pascal in the role, and did THEY ever raise an eyebrow like that?
It was that moment that I realized that Cheyenne Jackson is truly one of the greatest musical theatre actors of our generation.
