Why must people put o/t before a message that is obviously off topic? Like we can't figure out that something with a title like : Scarfs is off topic? why why why

Because scarfs could be the name of a song found in a musical version of K2.

Well that's a kinda catch 22. If you don't say up front that your posting off topic, then you get a LOT of posts saying that your off topic. If you do say your off topic up front, you get people saying why did say you were.
It's better (IMHO) to say your off topic up front. There are more who will complain that you didn't state it then those who do.
D
I'm really glad that you put O/T in this thread's subject line.
lol =)
Some people on this board care only for B'way related subjects and get cranky if they waste their time reading something that does not have any meaning for them.
Personally, I think some of the best threads here have been a bit off topic...And I am not talking about the Stevos thread!

I love off-topic posts but putting O/T keeps people who are on slower connections from downloading things they aren't interested in.
It's MR. ROXY who wrote, and I quote: "If you feel the necessity to vent your spleen about anything other than Broadway, write a letter to the editor of your local newspaper or send a private message to anyone on the board."
ANYTHING OTHER THAN BROADWAY.
