Oh, puh-leaze, Rob! 24? I wish I could go back to 24- that was a nice year. :^)
Musetta and I are the same age, it would seem. How the world must have trembled in 1977!!
Oh, and martini's all the way!

Have any of you had a French 75 (it's a drink, RobD, not something filthy
)
It's perhaps the gayest drink next to the Pink Squirrel.
It's half gin, half champagne, simple syrup and lime juice. Serve up in a champs glass with a twist of lemon.

I was 19 when I went to Woodstock.
I was in my late 20's when Rocky Horror Picture Show was playing at The Waverly Theatre and in my 30's when it played at The 8th St Cinema.
I was 52 when I first saw Thoroughly Modern Millie.
I've come a long way!
I also remember drinking a lot of Gallo Hearty Burgundy way back when. I only recently found out that it was pinot noir.

The night before my first wedding (..age 20...what WAS I thinking???), friends and family took me drinking (yes, I was still underage, but it didn't seem to matter...) and proceeded to ply me with cream drinks covering the full spectrum. Pink cadillacs, pink quirrels, golden banshees, etc.
I don't much care for cream drinks any more.

Phantom2 - the earliest I might be able to see Boy From Oz is August. Hopefully, it can hold on until then.

Of course it can! If you like Las Vegas glamor, you'll like this show and go-go boys sell.

Gallo's Hearty Burgundy, Hank? Sounds like a step up from the Boone's Farm and Pagan Pink Ripple that I was drinking. Oh, and Opici's Lambrusco when I felt like splurging.
I also have fond memories of the homemade wine that some farmer living outside of Kent, Ohio, used to sell to students for five bucks a gallon. It was damn near hallucinogenic.
