mejusthaving fun,
I wonder what gives you the right to insult someone like that. Hugh happens to be my friend, and if you ever had the privilege of spending ten seconds with him, you would realize that he is one of the most beautiful souls ever to grace this earth.
Ms. Fischer is not only hard working and professional beyond her years, but she is under 21 and didn't touch a drop of alcohol. How dare you suggest otherwise?
And as for insulting a woman (and a mother), I just don't know what to say. Your words revela much more about you than the people you set out to criticize and ridicule.
Perhaps we should begin a thread discussing your keen sense of fashion, not to mention your creative approach to spelling...?
I will defend my friends.

Eponine, both of those pictures are from the NY Times review of Lestat.
Now back to the subject at hand... Stanek is definitely a fantastic and funny guy, but also very down to earth. He's very real and well-grounded and it's amazing to me that being in this business, he is still such an open, people-oriented person. I think he's got a story or anecdote that is appropriate for every situation! :) And those Broadway.com videos can attest to his sense of humor. He really is the mastermind behind so much of the funny stuff we get to see happen in those blogs.
Beyond all of that, he is also a great performer. I saw him in Forum back when it first opened and then again in Slut and now Lestat. It's always a pleasure to watch someone who is so passionate about their work.
WaltSummersPI linked the site I run - JimStanek.com. It's a good place to get to know more about Jim. It's his official site and there's always chatter in the forums and photos being added to the gallery, so I encourage all of you to stop by. :)
Ah, BWW.
Anyway, Jim STANEK is one of the finest actors (and people) I've had the privilege of knowing... he's one of those very generous actors who gives quite liberally to both his fellow actors and his fans. And he often makes the best out of underwritten roles, which says a lot about him. :)

I must admit that after following and watching the Lestat blogs, I have become a fan of Jim too. I'd want to hang out with him...hahaha and have a light saber fight.

Thanks! I'm kind of sad though since I thought Walt was talking about me. :)

When that blonde woman takes the picture with him, I just cracked up. His facial expression was just hilarious! I love this guy!
My favorite moment was the Bernie Taupin encounter. Who did he think he was--Jack Noseworthy?!?
He's the actor who originally was slated to play Armand. Drew took over for him about mid-way into the SF run.
More like mid-way into the first week.
Noseworthy didn't even do a full week as Armand.

"Noseworthy didn't even do a full week as Armand"
Turns out he was the smart/lucky one!
I'm sure Noseworthy is great performer, but I'm freakin happy his not in it anymore for obvious reasons.

Are you saying you missed "The Brady Bunch" movie. Noseworthy is in it. I liked him in "The Sweet Smell of Success".
