Does anyone know what is on the CD? I checked Amazon.com and there is no song listing yet, and I'm curious if it's mostly covers or originals or what have you.

I can't wait until tomorrow! I don't know what else is on the CD...I'm sure "Bridge over Troubled Water" will be on there. They've released "Invisible" as a single and it's getting a lot of play on the radio. Go Clay!

Mr. Aiken's CD is previewed right here on Broadwayworld.com in "upcoming cds." There is a link to the American Idol website as well as a purchase link.

Oooh, is "Run To Me" a cover of the Bee Gees song? That may be a selling point right there.

Was that one written by Desmond Child, Garyh Burr and Chris Braide? That is who wrote this one.

I was not out at 10am but when I was at Best Buy around 1230 there was a huge line and it looked like they were mainly buying "Matrix Reloaded" -- but I was in line with like 10 others (they had only three registers open) and other then me, I saw 5 Clay's and 4 Babs

The song "Run To Me" on Clay Aiken's CD is not a cover of the Bee Gees song of the same name. This is a new song written by Desmond Child, Gary Burr and Chris Braide, as Piglet mentioned. Some IDIOT got it wrong on the CD listing. Ooops, oh yeah, hee, hee, um, that was me.

I don't think it's OT at all because this guy sure seems to be Broadway material. I too would love to see him do a show.

I think Clay would blow people away on stage...I have often thought of him as Mother's Younger Brother (Ragtime) :c)
I also thought that Kelly Clarkson's booming voice might actually be good as Lucy (Jekyll & Hyde), not that anyone could match up to Linda, but she could be up there.

But can the AAAAACT????
I'd rather pay to see a Richard Burton or Natasha Richardson than listen to a big voice with no acting chops.
And yes...I've seen FROM JUSTIN TO KELLY.

omg--I saw it, too. I think there should be therapy sessions for people who sat throught that! I was so hoping it would get better--be fun. I am traumatized!
Clay does have a great Broadway voice--hopefully he can act.

I only wish this cd showcased his powerful voice in a better manner. I found it to fall so short of what I expected. No Solitare?, No simple heartfelt ballads?!, it was so overdone!
