There are like 6 tickets left in the Orchestra for tonight at 900 something dollars each. Will the price go down as it gets closer to curtain? I wonder if the resales go unsold a lot?

Yes, the prices should drop. IMO, the biggest price drops are normally 30 minutes before curtain. Keep refreshing and good luck! :)

Oh I have seen it already. Was not planning on going. I am just checking it out. The re-sale thing really pisses me off. And I think it is something that producers need to address.

I agree 100%. All it's doing is making it easier and more legitimate for scalpers to rip everyone off. I think it should be dealt with soon.

While I agree it's horrendous, its been said that the producers have to APPROVE the site to allow re-sale.

That's true for ticketmaster resale but not stubhub. So if they withdrew their approval from ticketmaster resale the stubhub stuff would still happen. I'm guessing they get a cut of the TM resale fees through the contract. (They get nothing from stubhub.)

Maybe if you weren't planning on going and you know it pisses you off, just abstain from checking it out. That's what I would do anyway.

That is cause you are a bore. It is a great show and I would see it again at a normal or reasonable price. As a theater goer; the resale practice pisses me off because it is only a sign of things to come.
