Noticed these composers have two upcoming shows - "Hundred Days" at NYTW (starting November 2017) and "The Lucky Ones" at Ars Nova (Spring 2018 ). They also did the music for "Sundown, Yellow Moon" at Ars Nova this past March (which I missed sadly). Where did these guys come from? They seem to be folk musicians turned musical theater writers, and suddenly they've got three productions in a year -- sounds like a hot duo to keep your eyes on. Anyone familiar with their previous work?

I saw a run of "Hundred Days" that was at the Public Theater's Under The Radar festival this past winter and was completely dazzled by it. I had never heard of them before that but apparently they've been working on that show for a few years now. Not sure how much has changed since then but would recommend trying to see Hundred Days at NYTW if you can get tickets (looks like a few shows have already sold out)
Going to see Hundred Days in November when I'm town. Really looking forward to it!

"Sundown, Yellow Moon" was excruciating and boring. If you like community theater and high school theater, you'll feel right at home.
