That may be so for his other shows, but he sucked in JCS. I saw the entire run in Providence (Carl Anderson/Eric Kunze, 2003) and Christian stood out as a) not knowing (or rather, remembering) his choreography, b) being consistently off pitch and off key, and c) an asshole at the stage door.

This is supposed to be a thread to appreciate Christian Hoff, not to trash him... sorry you didn't enjoy him in Providence.

Well, I didn't see him in JCS, so I can only speak to his terrific performance in Jersey Boys. Though you are of course entitled to your opinion, it's hard for me to believe he was an asshole at the Stage Door. He was incredibly kind when I saw him last night (which wasn't at the stage door, where they're expected to be "nice").

Well, JCS is kid of a sucky show in the first place. Actually, not kind of- it is. It's not the actors fault that the material is horrible. Christian rules!

He was great in the show and the chemistry between the 4 of them is out of this world! P.S. I think he's better looking than Mark Wahlberg
