Hah, well, I don't think they actually explain it in the show. It's what the cast/creative was drawing from the book...or at least, that's what I understood. I could be wrong!

I feel the same way. I saw it in SF from the ass balcony, then in NYC from the VERY last row of the balcony.
Oh, but May 19th better come soon (Orchestra Row E...finally!!)

Ugh, wasn't it horrible? Well, I mean, it was nice to see the show, but I can't wait to be down front.

Something about those pictures frightens me.

Wow.
Dang, I would see Hunchback if it was here.
As for Hugh feeling "under the weather," I hope that his sickness culminates around, oh, May 19.

It definitely can get expensive! I'm going in May (duh) with two other people. Total, each one of us is paying $520 (that includes plane, hotel and three shows - Lestat, Phantom and Sweeney Todd.) So, that doesn't even cover spending money, food, drink (OF COURSE!) and cab fare (overrated.)
I think the cheapest trip was probably my last one to NYC. I don't think I spent more than $100 when I was there. My friend and I were lucky enough to win the Rent and Wicked lotteries, so those tickets were cheap. I got ass-balcony Lestat tix for $45 and then Chicago tix for $60. Oh, and we stayed in a dump!
San Francisco was defintely expensive. We did the tourist stuff and probably spent $500 not including the plane ticket! EEP!

Since we're talking about buying Drew CDs, has anyone had trouble with Footlight.com? I ordered "Say It," but it was backordered for two weeks. When two weeks came around, I emailed the website to ask about its availability, but haven't heard anything back. It's been 6 days since...

Haha, that rumor was probably spread by me saying "JESUS CHRIST PLEASE GO ON THE 19th!" But I'd cry if it was true...
So about the CD, I might not get it for a good long time?

Dang, I didn't realize I'd start such a thing!
Maybe if we keep spreading the rumor, though, it'll actually happen. Would I be stupid if I cried?

Haha, didn't Ring of Fire close after less than a month? That's sad.
Anyway, I hope Lestat at least gets nominated for something. Were there really a lot of new shows this season? *keeps fingers crossed*
Yeah, there were.

Are the dates listed there? It was kinda confusing to me (but like I said, I'm dumb!)

Hey, no problem! I was at work all day, so you answering it helped everyone out! Hah!
Buh, I can't wait to go see the show again!

Ah, but there aren't any of Jack. Oh well. Not a big loss.
So did anyone see the show in SF? I liked Drew's wig much better there. It wasn't all long and frizzy-weird looking.

Haha, it sort of resembled Stanek's Louis wig...well, it did from the balcony at least!
Much better than that dead creature that lays atop his head in NY.
You what I was thinking, whoever runs the Hugh Panaro fan sites, and Jim Stanek's fan site, should ask those two if they keep doing blogs and then post them on their fan sites. Granted it wouldn't have the same publicity standpoint as the Bway.com videos but we the fans would still love it. :) What do you all think?
