I think that's what they discovered in La Jolla. I think they endeavored to sex up the material a little in the rewriting.

^ I love the one where Tom Hewitt looks like he's going to burst into a very distressing version of "Where's the Girl?"
It's a strong cast, so here's hoping for some strong material to back them up.

"I know I'm gonna regret saying this - but you seem to be someone who has no respect for himself or his peers, judging from the way you attack constantly and never seem to have a positive thing to say about anything or anyone."
Well, I seemed to have hit a nerve. Forgive me...I was wrong to say that you get into Wildhorn's shows for free. When I asked in that other thread why you continue going to Wildhorn's shows if you hate him so much, bashing him whenever a thread comes up and having NOTHING good to say about him, you replied that you had friends connected with the shows. So I guess I assumed that you got in for free. I was apparently wrong.
However, redhot, you and I operate by an entirely different set of values apparently. You think I have no respect for myself or my peers, but you continually bash shows that employ your friends. And for the record, although I don't post here often, I'm the one who has some postive things to say about Wildhorn, have posted raves here about the recent production of West Side Story in Providence, and also have had good things to say here about Sondheim, ALW, Linda Eder, Barbara Cook and Audra MacDonald. So to intimate that I never have anything good to say is a lie.
