Awww, I'm so excited for you! You're gonna come back and tell us all about it, right?
I wonder what song that was. Did they do more than 3 songs at the press rehearsal? Because I know I saw pictures from "Great Big Stuff", "Here I Am", and "Dirty Rotten Number"..
*Giggles* I heard about Norbert 'out'ing him and John. Love his sense of humor. I really do.
Yay Emcee!
I shall be waiting patiently for your review whenever one of us gets home (I'm going to see Beauty and the Beast at our local IMAX theatre - *giggle*).
There's dialogue going on, and Norbert's sitting on the steps to the side battling with this beef jerky. Then he just ends up on the floor.
OhmyNorbert. Just the mental image of that had me in a fit of giggles. I canNOT wait to see this damn show! What other scenes were favs? I live for spoilers, so if you only want to tell me in PM or whatever, it's all good.
Alejandra and I have talked about this before - how Norbert&Adam and Sherie&Idina are all somewhat interchangable with roles. At least vocally.
No offense, Allie, but I'm flying MYSELF to NYC first to see Norbert and this show before I fly anyone else there.
Leo?
I said that about Emcee's stage door picture. Well, not that he looked trash, but that he really looked incredibly tired.
I find it sad you had to ask Adam himself when the damn CD was coming out. LOL
Does anyone know Norbert's age and whether his is still married? I've read conflicting reports that either he is married or divorced (I know he has 2 daughters..)
Figured I'd bump this up by mentioning that the Q&A with David Yazbek is up on the DRS website. Also, they're holding a contest to win tickets to the show and a backstage tour.

Does anyone know what these pictures are from? My friend sent them to me.
Oh, and the brother's name is Ruprecht.

I have come to the conclusion that Norbert needs to record a CD. NOW.
Babydoll didn't really sound weird to me when I first heard it, just the lyrics kind of caught me off-guard.
I'm glad the mystery FINALLY got solved. I was going crazy. Thank you, SG. *Bows down* Haha.
Now to get my hands on a tape of that Carousel concert...
ETA: Oh yeah, Emcee, those lyrics are the reason my eyebrows disappeared into my hairline after I listened to that damn song. Now I'm addicted to it. LOL Got it sent to Chrys last night, too. She can't stop listening.

BWW. MY AIR. *Clings*
My laptop got sick and the computer I was on wouldn't access BWW for some reason. I was going crazy, yes I was.
Cute poem, BB.
As far as the Tonys talk goes--Norbert must win! LOL. I'd still love him if he didn't, of course, and it wouldn't take away from a phenomenal performance...but this is an ideal opportunity.
A friend of mine went and saw Spamalot tonight. She said that while it IS Tim/David/Hank/etc. that their characters and the show as a whole really isn't Tony-worthy at all. She hands-down told me Norbert has no competition this year.
Hey, hey flame. Welcome around.
thespian geek, did your friend like Spamalot? And is your friend a Monty Python?
She liked the show well enough but admitted that she's never understood Monty Python or British humor.. so it wasn't all *that* funny to her.

I heart you too, hun!
Emcee? TYPE THAT UP AND POST IT!
Sorry I've been kind of dead lately. New job is sucking out my soul and ruining my online social life. *Cries*
That picture cracks me up! I'd buy the Newsweek, but I'm poor.
Someone needs to smack me for being so obsessed with the current RENT touring cast. They're costing me SO. MUCH. MONEY.
