Actually, I just heard it- and I love it as well. The new and the traditional work so well here. I'll be listening to this one a lot for the next six weeks, along with the new Carols for a Cure.

I previewed the tracks on iTunes and I gotta say...I wasn't too thrilled.
It just sounded a bit too country for my taste. Maybe I had too high expectations. I was so looking forward to Cheno's beautiful voice crooning Christmas classics.
But I might change my mind and pick it up closer to the Holiday season.

You're reminding me of people you hear at the movies asking questions every ten seconds, "Who is that? Why is that guy walking down the street? Who's that lady coming up to him? Uh-oh, why did that car go by? Why is it so dark in this theater?" - FindingNamo on strummergirl

"If artists were machines, then I'm just a different kind of machine...I'd probably be a toaster. Actually, I'd be a toaster oven because they're more versatile. And I like making grilled cheese" -Regina Spektor

"That's, like, twelve shows! ...Or seven." -Crazy SA Fangirl

"They say that just being relaxed is the most important thing [in acting]. I take that to another level, I think kinda like yawning and...like being partially asleep onstage is also good, but whatever." - Sherie Rene Scott

I thought this was going to be about something else compltly. Maybe im just out of loop and its really old but I just saw a video yesterday of her holding an intervention and I was cracking up but I didnt post it for fear that it was really old and im just stupid that way. I love cheno and though Im not one to listen to christmas music (maybe cuz well im a jew) I still might take a listen just for her voice.

I've been a HUGE Kristin fan for several years, but I think her Christmas album is awful. Bad song choices, horrible arrangements, one step up from elevator music. Sorry Kristin. re: Oh Cheno I do love her other two albums.

I listened to it on iTunes and only downloaded (bought) one song. The rest was so bad.

I previewed on iTunes as well, and was disappointed that she went pop/country for the majority of the CD instead of classical. I thought this would be the PERFECT place for her to sing some good Christmas standards in all of her glorious soprano, and then throw a couple country tracks in just for funsies.

glad to hear someone agrees it was too country! It didn't struck me as a Christmas album to be honest.

But please, it's still cheno so I wouldn't quite call it elevator music now, come on.

Some of the songs I like, some I'm not too fond of the arrangements. Either way, I enjoy listening to it because it's a pleasure listening to her gorgeous voice. re: Oh Cheno

Theatreboy49- Yeah...that video has been out for a few months. But it is absolutely hilarious, isn't it? :)

I can't wait to hear the album! I haven't gotten to Christmas music yet...

I HATE Christmas CD's. They get on my nerves.
