I am new to online sites like this and that is why I am what you call a "sudden poster". Sorry if I invaded your little world of like minded ethnocentrics. Your accusations and insults are way out of line. Keep on with this tone and this board will peter out ..Some advice: Be more tolerant and welcoming instead of placing labels on people who simply have a different opinion. So long. I hope every show receives great notices and promotes Bway.

Lou... It is not that we are all attacking you. But have you thought that the only show you have mentioned in all your posts are Little Shop of Horrors? Maybe if you contributed to the list on another show since you have been a theater veteran for fifty years we might not question you authenticity.

Let us know how you feel about the past great shows of the fifty years. We talk about plenty of other shows too. Why not you?

I'm heading to the airport shortly to fly out to Santa Clara on business for the week, but wanted to quickly weigh in here... In the brilliant words of Rodney King "can't we all just get along?"

This is a fantastic board, and a community that I'm proud to be a part of - not just as the founder, but as an active member as well. We've certainly got our share of characters here - ranging from very nice to ...seemingly less nice but what makes this board so great - is our common love for theater. Let's please all try to keep that in mind and respect the fact that some of us love things that others hate and vice-versa. If we all agreed on everything, this board would be a very boring place.

Let's just try to respect each other as people in that discussion process.

You weren't supportive enough Jon! You should know that this is the "stepford wives" of message boards and no truth of any kind (especially stated in a sardonic or acerbic manner) will be tolerated. OFF WITH YOUR HEAD! Warm and fuzzy people, warm and fuzzy! God help you if you disagree with the masses. Only praise is allowed, everyone is the greatest and Marissa Winokur really DID deserve that Tony and Sutton Foster really is the biggest star in the universe and every role written in musical theater should be offerred to Kristin Chenoweth and/or Audra McDonald first and foremost. No, I'm not disparaging the above mentioned, some of whom I'm quite fond of, just making a point about the overall tone of this board.

Shame on you guys. Why can't you be nice to newcomers? How do you expect the board to grow and be known as THE place to be for Broadway if you chase everyone off? Do you want to turn into another Broadway.com or one of the others who do nothing but bicker and fight?
