So I got an appointment to audition for something. It's an open casting call, and I'm worried. I just found out about it at the end of last week. This was not enough time (I don't think) to get headshots prepared. I have no headshot, no resume (I have acting experience, but the last credit I would have was from college). I doubt there's a photographer who could get a photo ready for me by Wednesday afternoon. While this is all true, this is a project I'm incredibly passionate about, and I also have a history with the show. It is the musical that got me interested in doing theater, a show that I have such a strong love for and would absolutely love to audition for, but I have no experience and no headshot. is it even worth going in? I do have an appointment and I don't want to cancel because I feel like that leaves a bad impression for future projects. Any suggestions??
