Opening night playbill

On opening night aren't playbills supposed to have a seal? Then why don't newer shows like Honeymoon in Vegas don't have it?

If you get at the theatre they will not have the sticker, but inside it says the date. If you buy them via playbill.com, they then will have the sticker.

I have an opening night Playbill with a sticker for Nice Work. I got it at the theater. Perhaps it depends on the theater or the show?
