What a sorry state of affairs when you re-use an already-used song as the TITLE song of your new show!

No wonder ALW struggles with credibility.

Enjoy!

That was umm, quick!
...and uninspiring.

What the heck was Glenn Slater thinking when he wrote "love may be FLEEting" as the climactic lyric. Singing the open e vowel on a high A sharp is not an easy thing to do, and I for one didn't think Sierra Boggess sung it very well.

I can't really find a word to describe it to be honest...dear lord!

This is so weird. The Broadway board loved it while the West End board is loathing it. How interesting.

I have to agree with boyfromoz2, I think he struggled with it. If that was supposed to be the hit from the show, i dread to think what the rest sounds like.

I am a big supporter of this show, but I have to say, it was a little disappointing

I also support the show but I dont think it's that bad, sure it isnt great, but it is a song we all heard before. That said, although the chorus is practically the same, I prefer the "Our Kind of Love" version over "The Heart is Slow to Learn"

Have to say, I was unimpressed with both song and performance.

What is the connection between Love Never Dies and Cavalleria Rusticana? I heard a two-note interval that was the same, but that was it.

Maybe they can also come up with some new lyrics for "Memory", "No matter what" or "Half a moment" - oh wait, he already used that twice.

Yep, the original bridge from Half a Moment is the bridge added into As If We Never Said Goodbye!
Countless vivd memories spin before my view

This world's waited long enough
I've come home at last!
