So, Daisy has left New York (*sobs*)
But, if any of you want to see this girl in action, head up to Seacoast Repertory Theatre, where she will be playing Evelyn in their production of RAGTIME. YAY DAISY!!!!
What is your quote from, Beaver??? I love it.

I think the quote is from 'The Golden Girls.'
Yes it is from "The Golden Girls." Blanche says it to Sophia. Lord, how I love that show.

Thanks. I'm excited to play Evelyn... it's a great role!
And the Golden Girls ROCK. They're my comfort show every night. Sit down with my slice of cheese cake and flip on Lifetime and the world is a better place. I'd like to think of myself as the Blanche/Suzanne Sugarbaker in training. (PS, who else misses Designing Women back to back with the Golden Girls?!)

Don't get me wrong... I LOVE The Nanny... but it doesn't flow right with the Golden Girls. I don't know... Designing Women/Golden Girls just seems like the perfect packaging.
God love Lifetime. I'm obsessed with that new show... "How Clean is Your House???" Aggie and Kim are the SH*T!!! That show is genius (but if you have a bad gag reflex like me... make sure you don't eat beforehand...).

Congrats, Daisy!!!
I loooove the Golden Girls. I do agree, though, that I'd rather watch them with Designing Women than The Nanny. They also need to put GG on in the mornings between 10:30-11:30 est instead of the Nanny so I can watch them before I have to leave for class

That's great. Seacoast Rep doesn't shy away from challenging material.
(Side note, when Designing Women was announced for the CBS schedule, it was widely considered to be a rip off of Golden Girls.)

Seacoast is doing Ragtime? How are they gonna pull that off- seriously their stage is like the size of a mattress. God only knows that it will be "interesting" Roy and Ilene are outta their minds producing it there. Oy- Seacoast is one of my old stomping grounds....
congrats on getting in the show! I'm interested to see how it goes. I love that theatre for the right kinds of shows...(just dont see ragtime as one of them there- and i love ragtime...) I used to do Rocky there- every fri and sat at midnight...LIVE! Oh the memories of well... use ur imagination.
