One can't help to wonder if his self proclaimed sexuality, in both tabloid and online, might hinder some of his chances at certain roles. I for one, think he's extremely talented, but I never found him to be the most macho/masculine of men. There always seems to be that twinkle in his eye. Perhaps some producers agree.

Trish, there have been several out actors on the law and orders playing a variety of roles--gay and straight, icluding John Benjamin Hickey, and in truly non-stereotypical casting Stephen Spinella.
