The book is worth several hundred and there are numerous copies around. The limited-edition dust jacket, sold only in New York, is worth many thousands and is incredibly rare.

Oh, and when Kelly left the show he was replaced by a guy named - honest-to-God - Georgie Tapps.

The attention to detail was amazing. Notice the painting of the guy in a tuxedo is holding a 3d rose.
