As of Monday afternoon, no. The Henry Miller Sondheim does not have standing room, and the box office guy said there was no rush or lottery, but, and I quote, "I hope they come to their senses soon."

Posted: 10/28/10 at 1:58amI was buying tickets there for friends the other day and the box office guy said the producers haven't set any of those options up but there are partial view seats and he "doesn't see why they wouldn't offer those that way" eventually. We'll just have to wait and see.

Posted: 10/28/10 at 9:10pmThanks for the info. For a show that's barely 80 minutes, you'd think they'd come up with something semi-reasonable price wise...like what Colin Quinn did for his show - the highest ticket prices is under $100 (unheard of for the past 6+ years). I hope they create a rush or it gets up on TDF quickly. I know it is Pee Wee Herman, but I don't know who would by roughly $130 for an 80 minute performance. Especially partial view seats!

for what its worth, i caught the show in los angeles (opening night i think) an had a great great time with it. i bet it has even gotten better now that theyve settled in for a Broadway run.

Posted: 10/30/10 at 12:07amI ended up seeing it tonight. They've got it for 50% off over at TKTS. With the handling charge it was $66. They had front orchestra seats - not partial view ones - for sale. That's the same price as those rear mezz/partial view rear mezz. So if you're contemplating buying a rear mezz seat, check TKTS that day to see if the orchestra seats are up there. The guy at the box office said that I'd get a better deal going there.

I dont think that TKTS tickets will be available for much longer.... most likly during previews and the first part of the run. Pee-Wee is legendary... the show will sell out, and will not extend. see it while you can.
That being said, I have comps for next week! Cant WAIT to see it. My friend who is coming with me MIGHT bail out, so I may have an extra ticket available. Most likely Nov 7th. I'll post here if the ticket is becomes available.
