Okay I'm new to this whole Piazza student tickets thing.
When I pick up my tickets on the day of the show. What EXACTLY do they need to see? Student Id? Member #? Do you need to show a member card that they send you in an email?? So basically, can you tell me everything I need to show for picking up my tickets.
Also, from the Theatre - how exactly do you get to the stage door?
I see that this is a pretty nice size theatre. Are side Orch seats good? Left Orch. Row F seats 103-104 are my seats.
And do they sell PIAZZA Merchandise? If so, what do they sell?
Thank you..

I haven't done this, but I did sign up for the student tickets last night and it does say that you must show the membership card that they emailed you in addition to your student ID to claim the tickets.
In general, I am paranoid so I would take everything that I printed out with me just to make sure.
Sorry, can't help you on the stage door or the merchandise though.

I am so jealous...
And, yes, I would like to know what merchandise there is as well. I got a poster off of eBay, but if there's something more I definitely want it

1. All they really need to see is a student ID as proof that you are really a student. If you want to, bring the member card just in case... but honestly they don't need it. You usually get your tickets 30 minutes prior to the show, and you just tell them your last name to pick them up at the box office. [Go into Vivian Beaumont Theatre, down the stairs to the right... and you'll see the box office]
2. Let me see if I can explain the stage door... from inside the theatre, leave and instead of going back up the stairs out to next to the Juliard school... go down the steps past the box office and go out those glass doors. [There are pictures on the wall of the cast] Take a left, go straight a little bit, and before you hit the streets... that is where the stage door is. If you get lost, there are ushers to help you around the place and give you directions.
3. They sell Piazza merchandise. You have to get it at the theatre itself, it doesn't sell at Broadway New York stores. When you go into the theatre from the Lincoln Center area, the merchandise area is right at the door. When I was there, they didn't have any sizes for the Piazza shirts except XL and XXL, but you can also order them online. They were waiting for a shipping, so you should be fine. They sell Piazza shirts and posters [and the OBC recording], but that's about it.
4. My seats were left orchestra C, and I was front row... you're tickets are great. The actors come to the left hand side a lot. Some scenes though, just be aware of the set and things might be blocked... but overall I loved my seats.
I think I answered most of your questions... If I missed anything or you have anything else... pm me or write another thread, I'm bound to see it.
Hope I helped --korenglish

that's how I got there... I actually saw Matt Morrison before the show started at the stage door. But I was assuming ljay met after the show so she could meet the cast members
