PILATE audition song (for JCS)...

I need a song for a JCS audition ... I want Pilate... so I need a good song... I was thinking a ballad but a non-love one (think Pilate's Dream)

All I got is "My Name" from Oliver!

I would recommend just going ahead and singing "Pilate's Dream." If there's only one role I'm interested in at a musical theater audition, I will often sing one of that character's songs. You'd be singing it at the callback anyway! However, if you're afraid of putting all of your eggs in one basket, try to do a song by a powerful character, i.e. Javert's "Stars" from Les Mis.
