Posted: 10/18/13 at 12:03pmBoth rumored revivals of My Fair Lady & Hello, Dolly! are aiming for The Palace. The Bodyguard has The Marquis. I see Cinderella sticking around through the winter.
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

I wonder which production company they're involved with. (Also, I think come New Year, the situation might change drastically. I'm hoping this makes it.)
Did the producers of "The Bodyguard" put a hold on the Marquis? It was supposed to come this season and now it's been delayed. The Il Divo concert is going in, then what? I doubt they'll leave it empty through the fall of 2014. (Especially when other shows need homes.)

Posted: 10/18/13 at 12:54pmagain, it's being rumored that the Marquis will be closed for 6-9 months for renovations. Then the Bodyguard would open in Fall 2014.
