OK, I know the movie opens DEC. 22, in select cities. But, as fate would have it, I am not in a selected city.
PLEASE someone tell me that it WILL be released NATIONWIDE after the select cities run? right?
Does anyone know if this will happen and when it will open in all the other crummy cities???

hahaha. But, keep looking at the WB website because they add new cities all the time. Keep your head up, now.

Posted: 12/7/04 at 1:08amGOD! Why is it always the musicals that open in select cities. I really dont understand it. This happened with Chicago, as well as De-Lovely. Now its happening with Phantom. I just really dont get it. Does sombody know why they do this? Is it a law?

Posted: 12/7/04 at 1:17amIf you look at yahoo movies there are a good bit of movies that open in select cities. I think they do this with musicals because it was a dead genre for so long and it is just getting back on it's feet. Once there are more movie musicals I don't think it will be like this.
