Unfortunately TodayTix is awful about exchanges/refunds (yes I know what their policy says when you first buy tickets but what if an emergency comes up?? You’re out of luck and lose the money. Not fair). 
 

is anyone interested in one balcony seat for tonight’s performance of POTUS because an emergency came up and I can’t go anymore Rear balcony row H seat 104 Asking $60. Please let me know ASAP if you’re interested!!

Yes, TodayTix's refund policy is very clear.  What was the emergency?  Is someone in your family ill, in the hospital?  

Face value for the balcony for POTUS is $39.  Did you mean the mezz?

Yes, I am aware, as I tried to get a refund when I was sick and couldn’t find someone else to take the ticket. I am aware. No need to make me feel stupid. 
 

I do not. Also, if you look at TodayTix, the fees and everything in the balcony make the ticket add up to around $60. It’s different on TodayTix than Telecharge.

Worst case scenario you could just get the physical ticket from TodayTix and past date into a future performance. Unfortunately, they have the inventory to accommodate.

I would do this as well. TodayTix is a nightmare when it comes to refunds or exchanges.

What's "not fair" about it?  One could say it's more "not fair" for you to try to charge someone $60 for a ticket that they could buy for $39 (or less) at the box office.

Hearthemsing22, I'm not trying to make you feel stupid.  Not at all.  Just asking what your emergency was - a death in the family, illness, hospital, etc.  I feel badly that you can't make the performance.  That's so unfortunate.  

I'm not familiar with TodayTix as I always buy my tickets directly with the box office, or Telecharge/Ticketmaster.
