Has anyone seen this over at the Professional Performing Arts School? If not, there are 2 performances left. GRAB A TICKET!
From top to bottom these young performers knocked this out of the park. They sang it in the original key and the original arrangements with some minor changes that were actually refreshing.
A bold choice for them but they were more than up to the task. And the framing they used was brilliant and chilling at the end.
Tesori, Kushner and original cast member Ramona Keller were in attendance. I spoke briefly with Ms. Tesori after the performance and said she had to be proud of what she just saw. She said she was speechless and blown away.
Yep, it was that good. So good I would see it several more times.
