When last I checked a few weeks ago, the box office lady said that yes, they were. I opted not to do it, though, because she had cancelled group balcony seats available for the same price.

They are still doing the lottery they have also been doing lotto loser seats in the balcony for the same price.
I've also heard the balcony has sometimes been on TKTS for $32

Poor tourists being suckered into same price balcony seats after losing the lottery. You might as well watch the show from Staten Island.

^I actually was very happy with my balcony seats. I got them instead of trying to lottery because I didn't want to have to mess around with possibly losing the lotto and running to TKTS, etc (I didn't know about the lotto loser). I think the first row is probably much too close if you've never seen it before. With a production this huge, it's probably better far removed anyway.
