No offense I expected better people to be helping out with the fundraiser.
No offense, but if you're not in the industry, google them. If you are in the industry, you should be ashamed of your ignorance.

A lot of people are getting behind this. I've gotten some type of support e-mail from every theater group I belong to.
Yay!
Paper Mill Playhouse to Stay Open for '06-'07 Season
Two local real estate companies have come to the temporary rescue of the imperiled Paper Mill Playhouse, which had been in danger of closing its doors as early as today, according to the New Jersey Star-Ledger.
The companies will back a bank loan for the Milburn, NJ theatre, which is well-honored for its presentations of musicals and plays. It was previously announced that 1.5 million dollars was needed for the theatre to stay open past today, and an extra 1.5 million for Pirates!, the final show of Paper Mill's season which is set to open on June 6th. Due to the bank loan, Pirates! will continue as planned and Seven Brides for Seven Brothers - the theater's next production - will start technical rehearsals.
Although the participating backers were not named, Kenneth Thorn - the chairman of the theatre's board of trustees - said the theatre has almost finished securing the terms of the $3 million credit agreement. In the last few days, numerous donors have given money to the theatre, as well; these donations raised over $150,000. Although the theatre will stay open this season, it is not yet completely out of danger. "We haven't solved the problem, but we aren't closing tomorrow," said acting artistic director Mark S. Hoebee. "We're not relieved yet. We still have a long way to go. It was a good first week, good progress," Thorn stated.
A rally featuring such stars as John Lloyd Young and the cast of Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, to be held on Monday at 7 PM, will continue to raise funds for Paper Mill. In addition, an emergency grant of $300,000 to $400,000 was proposed by two lawmakers from the state legislature. Theatre officials have also applied for a loan from the Economic Development Corporation of Essex County.
