Not this year. I've been several times in the past and each year the crowd gets more and more obnoxious (or maybe I'm just getting old).
I've never been. I would love to someday but for now I'm chained to the oven.

I plan on it, dont know if I will make it or not, but I do have tickets for a show that night so, hopefully I can get there by the morning.

My Mom's coming here for Thanksgiving this year, so she wants to go... I'm kind of... not looking forward to it. If we do, I'll be taping it as well because... we're not going to be able to see ****. I hate extremely crowded events in NY! LOL. I could barely deal with Broadway on Broadway this year... *sigh*
I have lived in NYC all my life. I have never seen the Parade on TV from beginning to end. Unless I did it as a kid, I was never there in person either
I think they should have Macy's Leo Frank Thanksgiving Parade.
I plan on being there, but I am still having my mom record for me.
Thanks,Sum! I picked up the thread, thinking someone was gonna talk about "Parade," not The Parade. If that show had been a hit, what the hell would they have put in The Parade, from "Parade?"

I would think they would have used Old Red hills, and brought in the chorus with it.

Old Red Hills, you're right. Beautiful song.
And then, for a tie-in, cut to the Marietta, GA High School marching band? Why not?
To many people....i'll end up going away to visit the fam and watching it on TV.
