Here's my review of the new co-production of 'Parade' by Ford's Theatre and Theater J. If you are visiting DC, come and see this amazing cast sing Jason Robert Brown's wonderful score.

There are not many shows where you can become so emotionally invested in the characters, despite knowing the inevitable outcome. Kudos to everyone involved in this production.

I compare that experience with seeing Scottsboro Boys last year. Fords Theatre is such an intimate space, also perfect for a smaller show like Godspell which I saw there twice in the early 1970's.
