This is a great project for Sh-K-Boom, I love them.

Happy news, indeed!
I'm still on the fence of what I thought of the show, but it's at least worth an examination. I "got" the journey and loved the performances, but found it difficult at times to separate the two.
The cast recording will help differentiate. Can't wait!

We already had a hint about this in the Passing Strange Love thread, but I'm so excited. I walked away, and I thought the show was pretty good. However, the more I thought about the show, the more I liked it. I'm looking forward to owning the album.
So, that was the Drowsy Chaperone. Oh, I love it so much. I know it's not a perfect show...but it does what a musical is supposed to do. It takes you to another world, and it gives you a little tune to carry with you in your head for when you're feeling blue. Ya know?

Yeah theatre2, cause everyone is SO upset that Good Vibrations didn't get recorded.

why? the only purpose of a "Good Vibrations" cd would be to showcase the absolutely amazing Tituss Burgess but other than that, it's pointless.

although I do love the live recording of "Movin' Out" . always been a Billy Joel fan and loved the new arrangements for the musical.
