I'm glad to hear Dorothy was good. I saw her a while ago and she was not great. But I know she was nervous.

Well I threatened Patti that if she didn't stop she was going to lose her job and there would be a big scandal and I would personally call up Angie to go over to the Eugene O'Neill and kick her off that stage herself.
So she had no choice and stopped fooling around with Over_the_Moon, but it eventually got out

My understanding about having Judy Kaye come on for Patti is to not have too deep an effect in ticket sales during her absence. More people are inclined to see an aestablished actress take on the role for those weeks than Patti's understudy. I say it's bullsh*t, and Dorothy should've been given the chance. But, that's how it goes.
I could totally be blowing that out my ass, though, so don't take my word for it.

Is anybody else excited to see Judy Kaye? I think I will be planning a trip in August to see her, I am seeing Patti my 5th time next Tuesday in the show and am excited to see some fresh blood in this production, no joke intended there.
